The grease gun set includes a heavy-duty grease gun, featuring an upgraded 6-jaw coupler, an 18” spring flex hose, a 4-jaw reinforced coupler, extension bend and straight pipes, a sharp nozzle, fittings cleaner, and a glove. Please note that when installing a 14oz grease cartridge with a metal ring, insert the other end into the grease gun body first – the metal ring is used for easy cartridge removal.

The pistol grip grease gun is made of premium quality durable die-cast aluminum, ensuring a maximum working pressure of 7000 PSI and leak-free performance. An air release valve allows for easy exhaust of trapped air – make sure to exhaust air before initial use. A thick pull rod T-handle, strong spring, and high-pressure plunger O-ring work together to provide smooth grease injection.

The set also includes 3 types of nozzles: an upgraded 6-jaw coupler, 2 reinforced 4-jaw couplers, and a sharp nozzle. This allows for convenient grease application on a variety of machines. The ergonomic design features a rubber handle for comfortable use and an air release valve for efficient grease squeezing.

Operation Guidance: 1. Unscrew the head and put on gloves 2. Pull out the T-handle with a light press of the safety lock 3. Insert the grease cartridge or use a pump filler 4. Push down the T-handle by pressing the safety lock 5. Check if air is completely exhausted using the air bleeder valve before lubricating.
