SUPPORTING FOUR GREASE FILLING METHODS

It is important to ensure that the nozzle and hose are tightly secured to prevent leakage. After loading the grease, make sure to screw the grease gun head back onto the barrel while keeping it slightly loose by giving it 2-3 turns before fully tightening. Release the plunger rod and move it in and out a few times to force the grease into the head of the gun and expel any trapped air. Before using the grease gun continuously, press the air release valve to eliminate any remaining trapped air. Pump the gun until grease flows out continuously before fully tightening the head onto the barrel.
